You should now receive registration emails, password resets, etc. now.  For some reason they were getting stuck in the email message queue of the forum. 

Sorry it took me so long to fix it.

All the files are back in the DOWNLOADS section.  I am working on updating all the broken links to files in posts.
 

With all the SPAM the old Joomla forum was getting, I converted the Code59 forum and site to SMF. Nothing was lost. Some of the files might not be available for a couple of days as I add them to the new site.
