It is the underlying intent of Code59, as a project, that the information within these pages is to be shared.  It is our belief, that through the sharing of code, bin files, data, and tuning methodolgies, we will all become better tuners and coders.

 Our basic license is this:  If you use code59, share it back with us.  Post your completed tuned bins back to our forums, so that the next guy will have a good platform to start from, and hopefully, make improvements to.

We do not intend this to be used in a commercial manner.  Selling code59 bins to people is expressly prohibited.  That being said, we do welcome commercial tuners and speed shop operators to join us- as long as they follow the rules that the tunes they create are shared with the forums.

The end goal, is to create an EFI tuning platform that will be accessible to anyone looking for one, that will be easy to use, with features that people want.
