My question is: If you are starting from scratch, what is the best procedure for tuning. I have a base tune that was close, but I changed injectors and now it isn't that great. I have run autotune a bunch of times, but it keeps getting farther and farther off. So I am interested in tuning from scratch, unless there is an unpublished bin that is close to my setup. My setup is

TE44
1.6 rockers
MSD
3 bar
50# injectors
UR6
water to air (with extra heat exchanger and bigger pump)
stock heads,cam and converter

I have read most of this site as well as syty.net. So far I understand a lot of what the different tables do and how they work, but I don't know where to start. I apologize if I have missed a post or thread that covers this.
