Fueling and other limitations of $59?

i have a friend with a 69 nova SS with a 502 big block. he has been entertaining turbocharging it which brought me into the equation for finding a reasonably cheap yet effective solution. after tuning serveral syclones and typhoons i have came to the conclusion that a SY/TY ECU could run a turbo 502 big block. we have 1600cc injectors, x2 holset HX60 super turbos, and we're shooting for a 1000hp. at most it will run only 15psi so a 3bar MAP sensor will give plenty of head room but low map resolution. what my concern is if the ECU will be able to run an injector that large reliably and if there are any other limitations im not seeing. we have a distributor from a big block LT 1990's GM truck which has 8 firing points and the same hall converter setup as the sy/ty distributor. so on the fueling, you think its possible to push the stock GM ECU to a 1000HP reliably?
